These are internationally renowned providers who power millions of websites worldwide, and they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to bring our website to you. Additionally, we may use analytics software such as Google Analytics to track how users interact with our website. Data relating to your use of our website – but not your payment or payment card details – will be stored using this mix of software, on databases hosted by these extenal software providers.
Confidential Payment Card Information
Should you use our onlne shop, please note that we cannot access and we do not have sight of your credit or debit card information. If you choose one of our payment gateways to complete your purchase, then only that gateway utilises your payment card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. At no time do we see or have access to your card details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
